Project Manager

Having joined the Furniture Scheme in August 2006, I am the ‘new boy’. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, meeting some nice people and like the others regard the scheme as something special.

We are lucky enough to have some wonderful volunteers, offering their time free of charge, and without them we would not be able to help half the people we do now.

I am constantly on the look out for other areas that we could help in and in the next few weeks we will be selling bicycles the same way as we do furniture.

 The scheme is constantly evolving and we have recently instigated regular opening times of 12 – 2pm Monday to Thursday rather than the appointment system.

I would like to thank everyone who has used the Furniture Scheme in the past and really would welcome any suggestions from anyone has any ideas as to what other services we should be offering.
